After months of rumors, Samsung has confirmed the launch of the Galaxy S4 mini. The handset runs Android 4.2.2 and features a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.7GHz dual-core processor (possibly the Snapdragon 400, as rumored), and 1.5GB RAM. There’s also 8GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel rear-facing and 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera, resulting in a weight of 107 grams.
The Galaxy S4 mini comes with a number of TouchWiz features found in its bigger counterpart, including Sound&Shot, Panorama Shot, and Story Album photo features, as well its new S Health and S Translator apps. Samsung will offer the S4 mini in White Frost and Black Mist color variants, but has yet to confirm pricing or availability. However, it will show off the device at its upcoming Galaxy & ATIV event in London on June 20th.
